At Shotokan Karate Shop (https://shotokankarateshop.com/), we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand products, our refund and return options are limited. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
All sales are final unless there is a defect, error, or mistake on our part.
Since products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after printing has begun.
2. Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
✅ Defective Items (e.g., misprints, damaged products)
✅ Wrong Item Shipped (e.g., incorrect design or size)
✅ Lost/Damaged in Transit (if tracking shows delivery failure)
Note: Refunds are issued at our discretion after reviewing proof (e.g., photos, order details).
3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@shotokankarateshop.com.
Provide:
Order number
Photos/video of the issue
A brief explanation
We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Change of mind (e.g., didn’t like the color, fit, or design)
❌ Incorrect shipping address (if provided by the customer)
❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading after washing)
❌ Delays due to shipping carriers or customs
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For replacements, shipping times follow our standard Shipping Policy.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to print-on-demand limitations.
If eligible, you may reorder the correct item and receive a refund for the original (if applicable).
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from future orders.
